Wren
Despite its small size, the wren is a noisy and aggressive little bird. I was looking at the various birds feeding in the field between Rusheen Bay and Silver Strand last week when this little guy landed close by. In the field, a little egret , a flock of curlews, as well as numerous lapwings were feeding. The wren landed close to me, chirped as much defiance as it could before flying off again.
