Bring your own iceberg… there is an 88 foot long model of the Titanic on display on Salthill Promenade (across the road from the Aquarium). It is 1/10th the size of the original and was built in the village of Addergoole in Co. Mayo to mark the centenary of the sinking – 11 people from that village drowned when the Titanic sank in 1912.
