Borage and bees

I don’t remember introducing borage in my back garden – it just showed up, and began to spread to any spot that wasn’t already planted. I don’t mind – it’s one of those plants that looks even nicer before it flowers, particularly when the ‘hairy’ stems and buds are covered in morning dew or rain. Bees love the borage flowers, and they extracted the nectar from the flowers by dangling from the flower-heads.
