Paddlers portrait

As the old saying goes, ascending creeks achieve more positive outcomes with a paddle. Or something like that. When the sun shines in Galway, you wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. This group of paddlers set off from Rusheen Bay (I think they do classes there) and paddled out around the cliff to Silver Strand. This picture was taken a few weekends ago, and the weather has been positively summery since. Given that it is summer, that should be unremarkable. However, given that this is Galway, it is almost miraculous.
