The eclipsed full moon rising over Galway Bay last night (the beacon pictured is near the Docks). It was a beautiful evening and quite a few people gathered along south Park to watch the moon as it rose above the horizon.

I was in Montana, on the Missouri River shore…soon as the moon rose, it was shrouded in clouds and never peeked through them again…I finally got too chilly and went to bed. I haven’t heard if the Wild Women’s Wednesday bunch got a better view here in Idaho, but know we didn’t get the eclipse here in the northwest.
