The Drizzle Gods of Connemara were unhappy today, and were not sated by the drenching of a group of us from the Galway Walking Club. There are some days when you just know it isn’t going to be fun, and today was one of those days. Zero visibility in one of the most scenic parts of the country, wet boggy ground to be trudged through, and a relentless heavy drizzle to give everyone a good soaking.
