It was a bit stormy down on Salthill Prom this morning with spray crashing onto the road and over the diving board in Blackrock. It didn’t deter one of the walkers from the Galway Walking Club, who arrived down for a swim. Contrast with yesterday, when kite surfers, strollers and even the odd photographer took full advantage of blue skies in Silver Strand.
