Fishermen off the Galway coast near Inverin do a little fishing almost exactly 2 years ago. Behind them, a fisherman in a small trawler does the same, and behind them all shimmers the middle Aran island of Inismeain – the stone fort of Dun Chonchúir can be seen on the left of the image. Larger version of the picture here - the photo was taken with a large zoom lens from the beach near Inverin – the zoom gives the impression that the island and the fishermen are much closer than reality.
Update Sept 13 – link to larger version fixed.
So what you’re saying is….. “small……… far away”?
Where is the larger version ?
Sinon , cette photo donne une bonne image de l’Irlande et de ses courageux habitants , pour un français qui aime ce pays.
