I’ve already written about the causeway leading down to Ross Errily Friary, namely why the friars decided to build a solid road to the friary a century after it was built. At about 7.30 am on Sunday morning, thick wet snow was falling across Galway, covering all but the potholes on the road to the friary. The illumination comes from my car’s headlights.
You are certifiably bananas John!
Cool shot.
And I have the cert to prove it !
It wasn’t much fun driving up and down this laneway – car slid all over the place.
I really like this…very atmospheric.
Looks like giant tracks…of something headed for mischief/mayhem.
A paradise for folks who adopt potholes….*S*
I really like the contrast between the silhouetted Friary and the illuminated road. Nice shot.
