John, I got my very first poppies this year…they came on like gang busters, and were all gone within a week. I’ve got enough seed pods to furnish flowers for the entire northwest I’m sure. We got a lot of rain and wind just as the pods were nearly bursting, but one day of sun worked to bring them on. Such wonderful fun flowers. Better luck next batch for you.
